One afternoon in October 2023 we threw out a couple of fishing lines from the edge of our pier and caught all these lovely fish. Our Caribbean paradise is an epic location for fresh fish, lobster and boating.

Each home is engineered for solar based on your needs. For example: Large TV or electric clothes washer and number of outlets desired. We do our stove, clothes dryers and even upon request, refrigerators with propane. All of your needs met, without sacrifice.
Our water source is excellent. Although, we are on an island, we have fresh water. Both via a natural spring and we provide each home lot with a well for fresh water.
Although we are Off-Grid and using independent power sources, the community is complete with a clubhouse, restaurant and swimming pool. We also offer covered, golf cart parking. All over looking the Caribbean Ocean.
The seafood is excellent and plentiful. We catch fish daily and just 20 yards off our shoreline is a rocky area where we have an abundance of lobster.
Each home is offered as a mini-farm. Allowing you to grow fresh vegetables. What is really great, is many people will harvest different items and can barter or trade them. We have a multitude of fruit trees all over the property.
The main livestock is chickens. We assist in setting up your own chicken coop for fresh eggs and chicken. The property has many wild turkeys, hogs and rabbits. The food sources are plentiful.
